Excellent

May 2009 - We both enjoyed Casa Santippe, it is well located for trips throughout Tuscany. The countryside in the area is superb.

We loved the outside area, the well equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed. The furnishings and decorations were of good quality, and the pool area was lovely even though it was a little cool to swim.

Overall a lovely experience

Travel tips

  • There is a good Supermarket about 10 minutes drive at Taranelle and a smaller one in Barberino which is a lovely ancient town. We had a little trouble finding the place at first as the road signs to Barberino were confusing through Taranelle, with their one way system.

Find you on the net. Wasn't sure at the beginning but I saw a trip chronicle in the newspaper talking about you. They were saying that they heard goods things on you.

  • The map provided when we checked in, showing nearby restaurants, towns, grocery stores and gas stations was very valuable: make sure to get it.
