June 2009 - A lovely homely clean villa apartment close to everything. The bedroom is internal and relatively small however the feel of the place is good. We were made to feel very welcome.

September 2008 - We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Nicoletta B. It was above our expectations for the price we paid and was very clean and well maintained.

The location is ideal for the town and the few steps to the apartment is welcome given the village it is in.

The only down sides I can mention was the lack of English on the landlady's side which made communication difficult. But it makes things interesting when arranging requests etc...

September 2008 - We absolutely loved it!

The only noise was from the kitchens of the restaurant next door, but this didn't bother us at all.

The views in Positano are so spectacular from higher up, and this apartment is quite low down. However, the advantages in this location far outweighed the loss of the view for us. We did many walks up the hills and ate in some lovely restaurants with wonderful views - so we missed out on nothing!

The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and we would highly recommend it!

We rented Casa Nicoletta because of it's affordability. If all your apartments are kept so beautifully clean we'll do business again - you're doing a great job!

May 2008 - Quiet, cosy place very close to the beach, and tucked away from noise and traffic.

Interior is average. Kitchen is very nice, but reservoir for toilet is in the bedroom and very loud when flushed.

Manager is very nice and helpful.

September 2007 - Enjoyed Casa Nicoletta in spite of some shortcomings. Location is very central and within easy reach of most things. It is very clean but is a little dark because the windows are very small.

The bedroom has no direct window but receives light from a very high window over the bathroom.

The bedroom wall has an opening (high up) which connects to the living room and which might not be to some peoples liking.

We were pleased with our dealings with Summer in Italy. It gives an honest portrayal of what to expect when arriving in Italy.

June 2007 - Having been to Positano several times before, and doing the research of where the apartment was located, we had a good idea of what to expect before we arrived to Casa Nicoletta.

Proximity of the property to town square is great! Perfect for being close to the beach, deli, bus, tourist info etc... perfect for myself and my 11-year-old son. Very, very easy!

Kitchen/bathroom well above average and well equipped. Lots of light.

Screens on the windows VERY much appreciated! Those screens were the first for any property we've stayed for Positano.

Rosalia, our host, was a sweetheart! And the walk to get the ocean view is not that far

The biggest drawback is the nearby stream, it's very loud, especially during/after rain. And the noise we can deal with, but the smell. It smelled "funky" most of the time... I don't know the term in Italian, but, graywater? Not sewage. Luckily we had aroma candles

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Nicoletta.

It was very clean which is a big plus for me personally.

We did panic a little bit when we got locked in but all was well in the end. I would love to have a toaster and electric kettle as these are things we take for granted in our country. Our casa was definitely in the best location.

We had a lovely time at my daughters wedding and I hope to be back some day. Thank you and I wish you great success

August 2006 - My friend and I had the most wonderful week at Casa Nicoletta!

The home was beautiful, and the owners really went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of.

Also, I couldn't have chosen a better location. It was just a short walk from the beach, or higher grounds where you can view all of Positano.

I would recommend the experience for anyone!

I would book with you again in a heartbeat!

As we were older the stairs were a bit much but not unmanageable. Location was in the middle of most everything.
