Excellent

July 2006 - Very fun location, right in the middle of the town of Amalfi!

It was wonderful being forced to walk the little walking street through town (tiny, about 200 yards) to the beach, which is just perfect!

Hook up with Mandingo for snorkeling equipment and beach beds with umbrellas for 5 euros all day.

The apartment is very large, and very comfortable, with two large bedrooms, a large living room with a dining table, and large kitchen. Lots of windows, although nothing but other charming Italian apartments to look at. EXCELLENT air conditioning in each room. One large bathroom with toilet and bidet, as well as a large tub and shower.

A few steps (maybe 30 easy steps total) to the front door, but no big deal... our 2 year old made it up and down several times each day and fully enjoyed it.

The staff was very helpful and everything was just as they had promised. Thank you!!!!

P.S. It would have been much quieter if it weren't for that thing called the World Cup (final game)! The Italians love their soccer!
