Relaxing holiday in a wonderful area

July 2016 - Our holiday was enhanced by the accommodation provided at Appartamento Nemorina A and the helpful owners. The apartment is everything that you need for a relaxing holiday in a wonderful area.

Our experience with Summer In Italy was fantastic - I would have no problem in recommending you to my friends.

Travel tips

  • The location is spectacular, but visitors must be aware that it is at the top of a series of twisting roads and not for nervous drivers.
  • Make sure that you use a good mosquito killer.

May 2015 - We had a wonderful week at Appartamento Nemorina A.The apartment was clean and comfortable. Children liked the swimming pool.

The owners were friendly and helpful.

Summer In Italy were very helpful.

Travel tips

  • The parking space at the apartment was very handy, it can be really difficult to park your car along the Amalfi Coast.

September 2014 - Appartamento Nemorina A is very well presented, very clean and nicely decorated. The amenities are very good and the pool is a great plus point.

Travel tips

  • As the property is out of the main village area, find out about the local bus which stops outside the apartment and takes you as far as the marina and back into the village center for 1 euro.

May 2012 - Appartamento Nemorina A was in a wonderful location - with fantastic views over the sea and views towards Amalfi. It was easy to walk into the town and was a close walk to the "Path of the Gods". The apartment was basic but comfortable with a good working kitchen. Once again the views were amazing and the terraces and garden were lovely.

We were very happy with the service - thank you.

Travel tips

  • Be prepared as the steps to and from the apartment are very steep - however we did improve our fitness!
  • The two local pizza restaurants were cheap, relaxed and the pizza's tasty.
  • Bar del Sole (in the center of town) is a great place to relax with a drink, enjoy the wonderful scenery and listen to the church bells.

October 2011 - We had a fantastic time thank you. Both private balconies provided the most amazing view.

Great size for 2 adults and 2 children. Second bathroom is beautiful - another great view out the window.

The kids loved getting to know the chickens and duck.

September 2011 - We enjoyed the views and choice of places to sit outdoors.

It was quite a climb up and down to access restaurants in the evening and there were no taxis to speak of if you wanted to have wine with dinner. The bus service does not go up as far as the apartment so a car was pretty essential.

Your service was excellent, very informative and attentive.

Travel tips

  • The closest restaurant was in the Hotel Margherita. It is located on the roof of the hotel and the food was excellent. They very kindly gave us a lift home since a taxi was not available.
  • To get to sea-level is at least 700 steps down and parking can be difficult and expensive if you want to stay all day.
  • I would not stay here without a car.

September 2011 - Appartamento Nemorina A was wonderful place to spend holidays. It was clean, really quiet, people around were very nice. Moreover there was fantastic view from the terrace.

It's a great place for food adventures. You can buy fresh fish there and also there were many really good restaurants.

You must be prepared for insects and lizards. We had ants twice. In the beginning of our stay and in the end, but we think they appeared because of the weather. But they were only outside.

I totally recommend this apartment. I'm sure that we'll come back there next year :)

July 2011 - Apartment Nemorina A was wonderful.

The support and assistance from Mr Tony (our contact point) was beyond all expectations, nothing was too much trouble for Mr Tony and his support was greatly appreciated by travel weary travellers.

Summer in Italy was the best agency we used largely due to the support of Mr Tony during our stay at Nemorina A. I would return to Summer in Italy for our next holiday. Luca also was very helpful.

Travel tips

  • You don't really need a car, public transport is excellent nearby and there are several paths/staircases near at hand to access the shopping areas below.

Unfortunately, Appartamento Nemorina A can not be booked at this time.
