July 2012 - We had a wonderful time at Appartamento Chiara A.

Just one niggle we had to stand in 40 degrees heat until the owner arrived about 20 minutes to let us in but he apologised and he went out and bought us beers and water. We needed an ironing board and again this was no problem as they provided this.

We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to our friends and family.

September 2011 - My son, his fiancee and I visited Sorrento in September, staying at Appartamento Chiara A. We would highly recommend it and would stay there again.

The apartment was all we had hoped for and especially appreciated the air conditioning and security.

I would book with Summer in Italy again as they are dependable and top notch!

October 2010 - Our stay in Sorrento was better that we could ever have hoped for because of the beautiful apartment we rented from you. Everything about it pleased us - it was on the main street and had many food shops close by.

The kitchen was so convenient and well appointed that we found that we ate many more meals in the apartment than we expected and with 4 of us that meant nice savings we could use in shopping.

The apartment was spotless and the furniture modern and looked new. The beds were really comfortable and bathrooms perfect. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Your service was excellent and everything worked out very well!!

June 2010 - The location in Sorrento was great.

The TV is too small and it does not receive enough channels. We had to go to a restaurant to watch the World Cup games.

July 2008 - We had a wonderful time at the apartment and would certainly recommend it.

It was so convenient and spacious.

We were in the apartment to the back and it was lovely and quiet and very clean when we arrived.

We travelled from Ireland to Sorrento for our daughters wedding and we could not have asked for a better location. I have to say it exceeded our expectations for convenience and space.

Chaplin's Irish Bar which was just across the street was a great hit for all our guests that travelled to the wedding.

You just had everything outside the apartment, restaurants, shops bars etc.

We are already looking to return to Sorrento next year and will certainly be using Summerinitaly.com. My 2 sisters and friends also booked their accommodation through this website and were very impressed.;

April 2008 - Appartamento Chiara was every thing that was described to us, great location, clean and up to date.

It was perfect for our family of four and made our stay in Sorrento all the more special.

The owner did a tremendous job renovating the property and providing our nice homely feeling travel. We couldn't ask for anything better.

Keep up the good work and would not hesitate to book with you again.

February 2007 - We were really happy with Chiara A. We loved the location and feeling like we were really part of the neighborhood. We could look down from our balcony and watch everything going on right on the street below us. There was a Children's Festival the first few days we were there and we really enjoyed watching the festivities.

We really liked the doors off our living and bedroom and thought the old building was beautiful When the doors were closed we heard very little street noise.

It was a little cold and rainy for a couple of days and we were happy to have the heating unit.

The apartment was very clean and just what we wanted.

Summer In Italy was great. They did everything they said they would do and the apartment was exactly as they said it would be. We would definitely use them again. Thank-you for a wonderful vacation.

June 2006 - We enjoyed Appartamento Chiara. It was a good location and spacious enough to spread out.

The kitchen was all that we needed. Coffee for breakfast and pastry from downstairs! A refrigerator for water and lemoncello!

Sorrento and Appartamento Chiara gave my family an excellent base for exploration of the area... Amalfi, Naples, Pompei, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius.

The beach was excellent. We opted for a lazy beach day instead of Capri and it was totally worth it!

The place would have been quieter if the World Cup was not going on!

I would definitely book again with Summer in Italy and I have already referred a friend!

May 2006 - The appartment was modern, confortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. There was a generous supply of towels, linen etc and the hairdryer was an added bonus. The location was perfect.

On the last day we were treated to a wonderful children's procession which took place along the Corso. We had a prime view... and took lots of photographs. Staying in an appartment made us feel more a part of the community... which was really nice and we were able to cook using local ingredients and to generally relax.

The cooking area was small but adequate.

We loved the art works in the living room... really bright, cheerful and happy pictures! I liked the appartment so much that I have already booked it up again for next year!

Summer in Italy have been fantastic right the way through the booking and negotiations. They were very reassuring and helpful and corresponded well in English with us... answering any questions or concerns that we had.

October 2005 - Excellent location - an easy walk to harbour/main square/train and bus stations. Right in the heart of the town.

Very comfortable appartment. We enjoyed our stay very much.
