Villino Rugiada is a characteristic and welcoming three-story independent house. It sleeps five people. From Villino Rugiada you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villino Rugiada is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Forte dei Marmi, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villino Rugiada going up an external stairway which consists of approximately eight steps.

To stay at Villino Rugiada you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is an elegant fireplace. In the living room you will find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two small high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has two windows with a view of the other buildings.

The bedroom is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two windows with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
