Villino Ireneo, Gagliano del Capo

Villino Ireneo is a splendid one-story villa located in an isolated position, on the slopes of a hill which is covered with olive groves. It sleeps three people. From Villino Ireneo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea. Villino Ireneo is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.2 km (1.4 miles) from the center of Gagliano del Capo, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 mile). You will reach Villino Ireneo from the parking area along a walkway that cuts through the terrace.

To stay at Villino Ireneo you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers, an hammock and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of October.

The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a olive tree. The terrace is equipped with wood benches, as well as with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the swimming pool and of the sea.

The ceiling of the living room has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has two windows.

The bedroom has a round matrimonial bed. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a small window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
