Villa Wanda is a splendid villa. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Wanda you will enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Wanda is 185 square meters (1990 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Modica, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach (Pozzallo beach) at 14 km (roughly 8.7 miles).

To stay at Villa Wanda you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.

The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by palms and by fruit trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a portable barbecue.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the garden.
