Villa Tisia, Marina di Mancaversa

Villa Tisia is a graceful one-story villa situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Marina di Mancaversa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Punta Pizzo beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Tisia from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Tisia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers.

The patio is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). An additional bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a quadruple room. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
