Villa Tallia is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Tallia you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. Villa Tallia is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Alliste, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Capilungo beach) at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile). You will reach Villa Tallia from the parking area along a route that cuts through the patio and includes approximately ten stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Tallia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Villa Tallia is surrounded by a 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) garden with olive trees and it features a fantastic swimming pool with hydromassage corner. This villa is a great option for large families or groups looking for a Salento-style holiday escape with an added touch of luxury.

The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, from 10 centimeters (4 inches) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella and sun loungers. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a large porch and by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven.

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has five windows with a view of the patio and of the swimming pool, as well as a row of high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a small window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the swimming pool through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The fourth bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
