Villa Sansa is a welcoming independent house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Sansa you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Sansa is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features two private gardens, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from San Marco di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will reach Villa Sansa from the parking area going down a route that includes approximately 19 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Sansa you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Please note that access to Villa Sansa is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.

The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The two dining tables can accommodate 12 guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has eight large windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a eight-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a counter refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has four windows.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area.
