Villa Sabina, Colli di Fontanelle

Villa Sabina is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Sabina you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Sabina is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Colli di Fontanelle, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles). You will reach Villa Sabina from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Sabina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant wood roof. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs and with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The garden is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the patio. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
