Villa Roele is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Roele you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of the sea. Villa Roele is 110 square meters (1200 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Castellammare del Golfo, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Cala Petrolo beach) at 4 km (roughly 2.5 miles). You will reach Villa Roele from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately six stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Roele you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Roele is along a 100-meters (328 feets) unpaved road.

You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going down approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 1.8 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and a masonry bench and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the sea.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees. The garden is equipped with a masonry bench, as well as with a sun lounger and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea.

You will be able to enter the wellness room from the living room. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. From the wellness room you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. There is also a small high window.

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room has three windows.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it through a corridor.
