Villa Primula, Castenaso

Villa Primula is a cozy and welcoming villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Villa Primula you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Primula is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Castenaso, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Primula from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Primula you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
