Villa Opera C, Tredozio

Villa Opera C is a characteristic and welcoming cottage surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps two people. From Villa Opera C you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Opera C is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Tredozio, where you will find a restaurant and shops. You will reach Villa Opera C from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Opera C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Opera C is along a 800-meters (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola and by an awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a high window.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down two steps. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. It is equipped with a three-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a small window.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing a wooden staircase with 12 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 2.30 meters (7.5 feet) at its highest point and of 1.65 meters (5.4 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has two small windows.

The bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
