Villa Opera A, Tredozio

Villa Opera A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps six people. From Villa Opera A you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Opera A is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Tredozio, where you will find a restaurant and shops. You will reach Villa Opera A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Opera A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Opera A is along a 800-meters (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a grapevine pergola and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are simple. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two small high windows.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has two small high windows.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through a French door. The room also has a window.

The first bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
