Villa Nietta A, Marina del Cantone

Villa Nietta A is a bright apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Nietta A you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Nietta A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the bus stop a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).

Villa Nietta A is located on the top floor of a villa. You will reach it from the street level going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 62 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Nietta A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has a large window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
