Villa Muzzu, Costa Paradiso

Villa Muzzu is a characteristic and welcoming independent house situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Muzzu you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Villa Muzzu is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two private patios.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Muzzu from the parking area going down approximately 14 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Muzzu you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The first patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic bougainvillea pergola and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door.

From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
