Villa Minni, Bellagio

Villa Minni is an elegant and welcoming apartment that is part of an historic villa built in the 19th century, situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps four people. From Villa Minni you will enjoy a pleasant view of Lake Como and of the mountains. Villa Minni is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features small private terraces with a view of the lake and of the mountains, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Bellagio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, the lake and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), the stop for the ASF bus C30 Como - Bellagio line at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Bellagio) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).

Villa Minni is located on the second floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 40 steps.

To stay at Villa Minni you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter two terraces through two French doors. The room also has two windows.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). An additional single trundle bed is available (if requested in advance) to make it a double room. The furnishings include a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
