Villa Mercede, Pantelleria

Villa Mercede is a characteristic and welcoming dammuso with the fascination of the typical and ancient houses of the island. It sleeps six people. From Villa Mercede you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villa Mercede is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Pantelleria. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards), shops at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles), the stop for the local bus at 500 meters (1640 feet) and a characteristic rocky cove at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Villa Mercede from the parking area along a route that includes approximately five stairway steps.

For a successful stay at Villa Mercede we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.

The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, from 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings. The pool is for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the beginning of October.

The patio is 170 square meters (1830 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with two small sofas and with tables, chairs and an external shower. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker and a refrigerator with freezer. Here you will also find a stonework barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the greenery.

The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet) large. It is equipped with a deck chair and a sun lounger. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the greenery.

The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the patio or from an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the patio.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
