Villa Marlena is a charming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Marlena you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Villa Marlena is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Racale, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Villa Marlena from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Marlena you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Marlena is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 2.50 meters (8.2 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The ceiling of the living room boasts a star vault. The furnishings are elegant and refined. The furnishings include an armchair and a divan bed for one guest. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has two small windows.
The third bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
