Villa Maricielo, Praiano

Villa Maricielo is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Maricielo you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Maricielo is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 170 meters (560 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Maricielo walking past a main entrance gate and going up a short route that includes approximately 62 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Maricielo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Villa Maricielo is tended by a caretaker, who resides in an apartment with separate entrance on the top floor.

The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and a swing. In the terrace you will find a children's playground. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the greenery.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include three sofas. In the living room you will find a washing machine. In the kitchen you will find also a wood-fired pizza oven. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two double-glazed French doors.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The kitchen has a small window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a combo jacuzzi bathtub with shower.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
