Villa Indaco, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi

Villa Indaco is a bright and elegant apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Indaco you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. Villa Indaco is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards), a grocery store at 700 meters (770 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Sorrento - Torca line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).

Villa Indaco is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a 100-meters (330-feet) walkway that is flat and includes approximately 35 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Indaco you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), free of charge in a reserved parking space.

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coastline.

The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (2 by 2 meters, 6.5 by 6.5 feet). You will reach it from Villa Indaco going down two flights of stairs (approximately 35 steps). It is partly shaded by a perfumed lemon pergola. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs.

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees and pergolas and by a tall gazebo. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include two sofas. There is an elegant fireplace decorated in marble, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is very well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels), a DVD player, a CD player and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through three French doors. The room has an arched window with a view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are romantic and elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a porthole window with a view of the countryside and a side view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a porthole window with a view of the countryside and a side view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a porthole window with a view of the countryside and a side view of the sea.

The bathroom is made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
