Villa Filarina is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Filarina you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the sea. Villa Filarina is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Trentova Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Filarina from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Filarina you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a swing and an external shower. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the garden.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant. The furnishings include two sofas and a desk. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three double-glazed windows with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a combo Jacuzzi bathtub with shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the garden and of the sea. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
The fifth bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
