Villa Fascino is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps nine people. From Villa Fascino you will enjoy a bright view of the sea. Villa Fascino is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Marina del Cantone, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 500 meters (1640 feet). You will reach Villa Fascino walking past a main entrance gate and without having to climb any steps.
For a succesful stay at Villa Fascino we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most two cars.
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
Unfortunately, Villa Fascino can not be booked at this time.
