Villa Fabiana, Tiggiano

The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside.

The living room is paved with stone tiles. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the house of Apulia. The furnishings include two sofas and a desk. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
