Villa Duilia, Parabita

Villa Duilia is a cozy villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Villa Duilia you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding olive groves. Villa Duilia is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool.

The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 4 meters (13 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding olive groves. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a fireplace. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the swimming pool through a French door.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a brickwork barbecue. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the swimming pool. The room also has two windows.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a small window.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
