Villa della Badessa is a splendid and luminous two-story villa situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa della Badessa you will enjoy an enchanting view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa della Badessa is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Sesto Fiorentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards). You will reach Villa della Badessa from the parking area along a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately four stairway steps.

To stay at Villa della Badessa you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Villa della Badessa, originally a farmhouse of the Reverend Sisters of St. Salvi, is a beautiful villa located in a sunny, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, located in the charming Territorial Park of the Monte Morello, just 10 km  away from one of the most beauty art city of the world, Florence. 

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley. The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.

The terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the valley and of the garden and swimming pool.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It features an above-ground Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. The garden is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees and by perfumed fruit trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two gazebos and an hammock.

The first living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks and Firenzuola stone. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The room has three windows with a view of the garden.
