Villa Avania is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Avania you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Avania is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private terrace with a view of the sea.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Villa Avania from the parking area along approximately 39 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Avania you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The swimming pool has a circular shape and has a diameter of 5 meters (16 feet). The area is equipped with deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea. The pool is open from mid-June until the end of September.

The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea.

The mezzanine is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the mezzanine level you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace and the swimming pool.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
