Villa Aldamaria is an elegant two-story historical villa situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps 16 people. From Villa Aldamaria you will enjoy a marvelous view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley) and of the vineyards. Villa Aldamaria is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two nice private terraces, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Rignano sull'Arno, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles).

To stay at Villa Aldamaria you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Aldamaria is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Villa Aldamaria is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.

You will reach the swimming pool from the first terrace going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, two sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the Tuscan hills. The pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-October, from 9 am to 8 pm.

The first terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley) and of the vineyards.

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing trees and by cypresses. The garden is equipped with wrought-iron benches, as well as with a table and chairs. The garden, which is for your exclusive use, is occasionally crossed by the caretaker in order to reach their accommodations.

The second terrace is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the hills.

The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a large window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the dining room from the corridor and from the kitchen. The furnishings are elegant, and include some antique pieces. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door.

It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is also a barbecue. In the kitchen you will also find a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the second terrace.
