Villa Acacia Grande is a welcoming two-story independent house. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Acacia Grande you will have a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Acacia Grande is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from San Miniato, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Acacia Grande from the parking area going up approximately three stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Acacia Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Acacia Grande is located in the small village of Stibbio on the hills of San Miniato, a famous place for the truffle.

The villa is divided into 3 apartments: one on the ground floor, the other two on the first floor and accessible through an internal staircase.

As guests of Villa Acacia Grande you will be able, on request and for a fee, to take part in many activities such as: wine tasting tours, visit to nearby Medieval villages, cooking classes, helicopter tours, Vespa tours on the Tuscan hills.

The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the greenery. The pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will have a view of the greenery.

The parking space is suitable for three cars.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room going down two steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the swimming pool.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.

The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The third living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The fourth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
