Villa Abetella is a bright and elegant three-story villa situated a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Abetella you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. Villa Abetella is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 600 meters (655 yards) from the borough of Greve in Chianti, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa Abetella from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Abetella you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.
The swimming pool is 2.5 meters (8 feet) large by 9 meters (30 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the valley and of the other buildings. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
The parking area is shared with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include three sofas. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through three double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace with a view of the hills through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the through a corridor. It has two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The room also has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
This room has no door. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two arched windows with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
