Casa Ziraia, Scala

Casa Ziraia is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ziraia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the sea. Casa Ziraia is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Scala, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).

Casa Ziraia is located on the bottom floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the street level going down a short private route that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 35 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ziraia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 48 square meters (517 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery.

The kitchen is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a toaster. The two dining tablesis a wall mounted table, and can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
