Casa Umberto A, Sarnico

Casa Umberto A is a welcoming apartment. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Sarnico, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the lake.

Casa Umberto A is located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up two flights of stairs (approximately 30 steps).

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Umberto A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
