Casa Tinetta is a cozy and welcoming two-story apartment surrounded by a lemon and orange garden. It sleeps four people. From Casa Tinetta you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. Casa Tinetta is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private patio with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Tinetta going up approximately ten stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Tinetta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, free of charge along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the garden. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the garden through a French door. The room also has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the main entrance hall. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The terrace is 4 square meters (43 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the bedroom or from the garden climbing 15 steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a characteristic bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the garden and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bedroom has two pull-out twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the garden and partially of the sea at a distance through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
