Casa Scarlatta is a welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Scarlatta you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Scarlatta is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from the center of Minori, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the stop for the SITA bus at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Minori beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards). You will reach Casa Scarlatta from the street level along a 300-meters (985-feet) walkway that includes approximately 160 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Scarlatta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
