Casa Roverella F is a welcoming apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Garda. It sleeps four people. From Casa Roverella F you will have a pleasant view of the greenery, of the other buildings and of the mountain. Casa Roverella F is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from the center of San Felice del Benaco, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 mile).
Casa Roverella F is located on the third floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a 20-meters (65-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 35 stairway steps.
For a succesful stay at Casa Roverella F we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate in a garage.
There are 12 Casa Roverella apartments. They are part of a single building which dates back to 1700 and can host up to 65 people.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with two large sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a pleasant view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine located inside the garage at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery. The room also has a roof window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room also has a double-glazed window.
