Casa Opale is a graceful two-story apartment. It sleeps two people. From Casa Opale you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and of the sea. Casa Opale is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Polignano a Mare, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Cala Porto) at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).

Casa Opale is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the street level going up approximately 15 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Opale you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The first terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the main entrance hall. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The ceiling of the living room boasts a brick circular vault. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small window with a view of the other buildings.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has no windows. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea.

The second terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two sun loungers and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the surrounding buildings and of the sea.
