Casa Mandarino A is a welcoming apartment that is part of a small villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Mandarino A you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Mandarino A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Rosolini, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach (Santa Maria del Focallo beach) at 16 km (roughly 10 miles). You will reach Casa Mandarino A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Mandarino A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Mandarino A is along a narrow road.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with guests staying at another nearby apartment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The patio is 240 square meters (2600 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the patio with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with guests staying at another nearby apartment.
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a practical fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
