Casa Ipomea, Scala

Casa Ipomea is a graceful apartment in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Ipomea you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. Casa Ipomea is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Scala, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the local bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Casa Ipomea from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 15 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ipomea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The bathroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
