Casa delle Rondini A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Casa delle Rondini A you will enjoy a charming view of the Umbrian hills and of the greenery. Casa delle Rondini A is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Morra, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa delle Rondini A from the parking area going up a stairway which consists of approximately 7 steps.
To stay at Casa delle Rondini A you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa delle Rondini A is along a 500-meter (1640 feets) country road.
The Casa delle Rondini apartments are part of a characteristic village immersed in the Umbrian countryside and surrounded by hills adorned with olive groves, vineyards and chestnut groves.
The complex is divided into 6 independent apartments and the owner's apartment that will be there to take care of you at any time. The complex can host up to 22 people.
The complex offers its guests a 12-hectare park, a beautiful shared swimming pool and an organic vegetable garden where you can collect products according to the season.
Next to the vegetable garden there is a pond suitable for sport fishing. Here guests can fish the carp or perch enjoying the view and the tranquility of the place.
As guests of the complex you will also have the opportunity to taste and buy the products of the organic farm and visit the mill and the cellar inside the village.
Internet Wi-fi is available fo free only in the shared exetrnal areas.
You will reach the swimming pool going down a 200-meters (660-feet) route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 35 stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the Umbrian hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The garden is 15000 square meters (162000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Umbrian hills. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room climbing two steps. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the greenery.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom kitchen through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.
