Casa dei Pittori B is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps three people. From Casa dei Pittori B you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa dei Pittori B is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 12 km (7.5 miles) from Assisi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles).
Casa dei Pittori B is located on the ground floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa dei Pittori B you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa dei Pittori B is along a 1.5 kilometers (0.9 miles) unpaved road.
The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 13 meters (42 feet) long, from 50 centimeters (1.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a porch. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with guests staying at 10 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
The garden is 2500 square meters (27000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with benches. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a French bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
