Casa Costabile is a welcoming apartment located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Costabile you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of San Marco di Castellabate. Casa Costabile is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from San Marco di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants, shops and the stop for CSTP bus Salerno-Acciaroli line. You will find the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Casa Costabile from the parking area along a short walkway that includes approximately 12 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Costabile you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.
The five apartments Casa Costabile are part of a complex located in San Marco di Castellabate. The complex is a charming two-floor building, swathed in greenery and surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. It is located on a hill, and thanks to its particular location you will have a relaxing stay enjoying the quietness of the countryside and the beauty of the sea in the distance.
The apartments are on the ground floor, with their own private terrace, while on the first floor there are single and double rooms free to be rented by other guests of the resort.
On the same floor will reach a restaurant, shared with the other guests of the complex. Here you could have breakfast, lunch or dinner on request.
On summer you will find a cafè set on a terrace outside, and through a pathway you will also reach a shared barbeque area, where you could have dinner under the moon with the other guests of the resort.
Moreover, an entertainment service will welcome you at your arrival and will amuse you during your stay with parties and festivals.
At the resort you will also find a laundry service on payment, at disposal of all the guests.
The residence offers also a private shuttle bus that leads you to the nearest beach, in Santa Maria di Castellabate. There you'll find a private beach resort. Both the services are on a fee.
The furnishings of the living room are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker and a small refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a broad view of the sea and of the valley below through a French door.
