From Casa Cardellino O you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Cardellino O is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Montemaggiore al Metauro, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (dei Gabbiani beach) at 18 km (roughly 11 miles). You will reach Casa Cardellino O from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Cardellino O you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Surrounded by the green hills of the Marches, Casa Cardellino apartments are part of a tourist complex divided into 12 apartments that can host up to 56 people.

The complex was formerly an old farmhouse typical of the Marche region. It has been renovated but it has maintained the pleasant feeling of warmth that transmits a house of the Marche countryside.

Inside the complex you will find a typical restaurant where breakfast is served for free everyday. 

You will also find bicycles at your disposal, a safe-deposit and a little office for everyday maintenance of your bikes.

The swimming pool is 13 meters (42.5 feet) large by 25 meters (82 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of September.

The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.

The parking area is shared with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests.

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.

The garden is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with deck chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The mezzanine has a roof window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
