Appartamento Tobia, Isola Rossa

Appartamento Tobia is a bright and sunny apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Tobia you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the sea. Appartamento Tobia is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Isola Rossa, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find a number of restaurants, shops a few meters (feet) away and the bus stop at 250 meters (820 feet).

Appartamento Tobia is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 56 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Appartamento Tobia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space.

You will reach the swimming pool from Appartamento Tobia going down approximately 36 stairway steps. The pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with other guests staying at the complex, as well as with non-resident guests. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. Please note that access to the swimming pool is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery and of the sea.

The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
