Appartamento Samanta, Rome

Appartamento Samanta is a welcoming apartment situated in a central location, a few steps from the main tourist attractions of Rome. It sleeps six people. It is approximately 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the neighbourhood of Portonaccio, approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 200 meters (220 feet).

Appartamento Samanta is located on the seventh floor. You will reach it by way of an elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Samanta. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a garage. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the balcony overlooking the street below through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.
