Appartamento Rametto is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps six people. From Appartamento Rametto you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden and of the surrounding countryside. Appartamento Rametto is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Bellagio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, the lake and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet), a grocery store a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the ASF bus C30 Como - Bellagio line at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach at 650 meters (approximately 710 yards).

Appartamento Rametto is located on the top floor of a villa. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.

To stay at Appartamento Rametto you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through a corridor.
