Appartamento Mirto A is a bright and cheerful apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps two people. From Appartamento Mirto A you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea. Appartamento Mirto A is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).

Appartamento Mirto A is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the street level going up a route that includes approximately 18 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Mirto A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.

The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
