Appartamento Edmondo B is a romantic and welcoming cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps two people. From Appartamento Edmondo B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. Appartamento Edmondo B is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a private terrace.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) from restaurants and from a grocery store. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Firenze - San Casciano Val di Pesa line at 300 meters (990 feet). You will reach Appartamento Edmondo B from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Appartamento Edmondo B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises.
The complex consists of three separate apartments, which originally were the farm stable, the barn and the bedroom's area of an old farm built in the characteristic style of the of the Tuscan countryside houses.
Appartamento Edmondo A has a large terrace which is passing for guests of nearby Appartamento Edmondo B. Appartamento Edmondo C is a little detached from Appartamento Edmondo A and Appartamento Edmondo B and it shares with the residents of nearby homes an outdoor area used as a small garden.
The guests of the three apartments will share a round pool with the other guests of the complex. Around the pool there is a lawn.
The structure, together with a group of other nearby houses, is part of a small residencial complex surrounded by nature and the green of the Tuscan countryside.
Not far from the complex there is a field of about 12 hectares planted with olives and vines. From these vineyards and olive groves the owners of the structure produce a good quality of extra virgin olive oil and different varieties of red and white wines and brandies.
The swimming pool has a diameter of 8 meters (26 feet) and is deep from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet). The swimming pool area is equipped with chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Chianti hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until mid-October.
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the countryside.
