Appartamento Calliope B is a modern and graceful studio apartment located in the historic center of Florence. It sleeps three people. From Appartamento Calliope B you will have a view of the nearest building. Appartamento Calliope B is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Florence, a few steps from restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop at 100 meters (330 feet).
Appartamento Calliope B is located on the second floor of a five story building. You will reach it by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Calliope B. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved). Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.
The Calliope apartments are part of a building of 5 small apartments (Appartamento Calliope A, B, C, D and E) located one on each floor of the building and renovated for the holidays. You will find that furnishing is elegant and welcoming with modern and designer furniture.
You will be centrally located a few steps from the banks of the river Arno and the "alla Carraia" bridge, one of the main bridges that connects the city of Florence with the historic center.
In the surroundings you will have restaurants and shops, you will be a short distance from the major cultural attractions of Florence that will take you back in time to the wonderful period of the Renaissance.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the main entrance hall. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a microwave/oven combo, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a smart TV. The room has four windows with a view of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.
